
On September 3rd, the Skating Club of Lake Placid will host an ice show paying tribute to the legendary Protopopovs. Oleg and Ludmila Protopopov are the 1964 and 1968 Olympic Champions in Pairs Skating, and spend summer and most of the fall skating here in Lake Placid.
Despite Oleg's stroke last year, they are still skating and practicing pairs moves they created (such as the "Death Spiral").

I wish I could go! Please post as many pictures and as much information as you can. Even after his stroke, he's still skating. Good for him. Good for them both.
