Here is the news for this week- this is probably the most I will be able to do until after the competition this weekend. So enjoy :)
* Yay! Above is a picture of the Olympic Center's shiny new red and blue zamboni! It arrived earlier this week, and is the zamboni drivers pride and joy. Makes me almost want to learn how to drive one.......If anyone of my readers are planning to come to Lake Placid, you may see it in action!
* The Lake Placid Summer Figure Skating Championships are starting tomorrow, and will go through Saturday.
* The Horse Show in Lake Placid has also started. Who knows- we may even see Bruce Springsteen around town (his daughter competes). Fun stuff!
Lots of events going on- I will try to take some competition photos.
